88gasia Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the 88gasia platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 88gasia platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines published from time to time.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 88gasia as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use 88gasia services, and by registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full range of 88gasia services, you are required to register an account using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Any attempt to register multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or obtain bonuses unlawfully is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. 88gasia will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
Users are required to provide valid identity verification documents upon request by 88gasia for Know Your Customer compliance purposes. Failure to do so may result in a temporary account restriction or termination.
Platform Usage Rules
88gasia users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the platform:
- Using automation software, bots, or other technical means to access or operate the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Sharing your account login credentials with others or using an account belonging to someone else.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity in connection with betting or financial transactions.
- Abusing the bonus or promotion system in any manner that contradicts the terms and conditions of the relevant promotion.
- Disrupting platform operations or attempting to access unauthorised systems.
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
Any violation of the above rules entitles 88gasia to suspend or terminate your account, withhold balances associated with suspected fraudulent activity, and pursue appropriate legal action.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the 88gasia platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made from legitimate funding sources that belong to them. 88gasia does not accept payments from third parties on a user's behalf.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary depending on your chosen payment method and account verification level. The latest information on these limits is available in the Finance section of your account dashboard.
Withdrawals are subject to a review process that may take between one and five business days, depending on the financial institution and withdrawal method selected. 88gasia reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals while identity verification or related investigations are carried out, where there is reasonable cause to do so.
Any taxes or fees imposed by third-party financial institutions are the user's responsibility. 88gasia is not liable for costs arising from third-party operations beyond our platform's control.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

The 88gasia platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to maintain platform availability and stability at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions. 88gasia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including anticipated profit losses, service interruptions, or data loss.
Account Suspension & Closure
88gasia reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: detection of fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, failure to comply with identity verification requests, or instructions from a competent authority. Users whose accounts are terminated due to a breach may not be entitled to a refund of balances associated with suspected violations.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 88gasia platform, including logos, designs, text, images, and software, is the exclusive property of 88gasia or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 88gasia.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
